Dr. Jeremy L. Cook

Dr. Jeremy Cook joined the Alamitos-Seal Beach Podiatry Group in 2013, after completing a fellowship in Sports Medicine under the directorship of Dr. Douglas Richie. He completed a 3-year Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency in New York after graduating from William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine for his post-graduate training in 2009. Prior to this, Dr. Cook was an assistant athletic trainer for the University of Maine. Dr. Cook is board qualified in forefoot and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.

Dr. Faye E. Izadi
Partner & Owner
Dr. Faye Izadi was born and raised in San Diego County. She attended the University of California, Irvine, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences, with a minor in Sociology. She then moved to Chicago for her post-graduate studies, where she received her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. Her residency training in Foot and Ankle Surgery was completed at Lakewood Regional Medical Center, with an added credential in Reconstructive Rearfoot & Ankle Surgery.
Prior to her starting her post-graduate training in Chicago, Dr. Izadi devoted her time to research for the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of California, Irvine. The aim of this research was to define the beneficial effects of neural stem cell implants on radiation- and chemotherapy-induced tissue injury in the brain. From her involvement in these projects she is published in a number of peer-reviewed journals. Her goal is to continue her love for research even while in private practice. Most recently, she and Dr. Richie published a unique case report in the Journal of the American Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Izadi is a Board Certified foot and ankle surgeon and is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association. Her current hospital and facility affiliations include Los Alamitos Medical Center, Los Alamitos Surgery Center and Reagan Street Surgery Center. She has a particular interest in sports medicine, wound care, and pediatric foot care.

Dr. Ryan Allen
Dr. Allen was raised in Seal Beach and Los Alamitos. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Economics at the University of California, Irvine. He received his medical degree in Oakland at the California School of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University where he graduated in the top quarter of his class. Dr. Allen then completed his surgical residency at the Department of Veteran’s Affairs in San Francisco where he had the opportunity to train at UC San Francisco as well as San Francisco General Hospital. He then headed to Silicon Valley to complete a sports medicine fellowship at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation in Palo Alto.
Dr. Allen is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and has hospital affiliations with Los Alamitos Hospital. He is dedicated to providing patients with the latest evidence-based treatments.
When not helping patients, Dr. Allen enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, hiking, heading to the lake, and spending time with his wife Lauren and their horse Lancer.
